NOTARISATION SERVICES
The Office provides Notary Public Services. For documents which are to be used in foreign jurisdictions, clients are notified that under the laws relating to recognition of notarised documents originating from Ghana, it is mandatory for the Judicial Service of Ghana to confirm the status of the Notary Public as recognised in Ghana and for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration to authenticate the document as originating from Ghana. The process of a full cycle notarisation ought to take the internal processing duration of both Institutions as part of the computation of process duration.

The Associated business of the Founder is Consult General. The reason for the development of the Associated and independent business vehicle by the Founder is anchored on the peculiar nature which characterises the practice of Law.
The Laws which govern legal practice forbids Law Offices to engage in any form of business using the Law Office apart from the business rendering legal services. This means that Law Offices cannot use the Law Office for Consultancies which involve partnering with non-legal firms in the rendering of services under the banner of the Law Office.
In technology related matters convergence means that partnership with different technology skilled and service providers who are not lawyer is necessary in providing client solutions and in responding to some types of Expression of Interest, Request for Proposals, Direct Technology Consulting services.
